The design for the new home, which is being developed in Burbank, has been overhauled, with a new roof, and a new entrance.

The house in the south-west of the Brisbane CBD, designed by Sydney-based architect Peter Pappas, is the third in a series of six houses that Pappis has designed in Brisbane.

He is working on a new home for his partner, who lives in a nearby house.

It’s been a tough year for Pappes, whose latest design, which has a new exterior, will be on display at the Melbourne Contemporary Architecture Festival next month.

“I’m not a carpenter, I’m not an architect, I just design,” he said.

He said the previous home had been in a state of disrepair for several years and had become difficult to manage.

I was very unhappy about it.

I’ve always been a bit of a garden gardener, I love nature and I love making art.

It’s a big undertaking to do this and it’s been challenging.

What was missing, he said, was a place to live.

The new home will be about 60 per cent larger, and will have a different layout and a different look.

Pappas said he wanted the home to be a “world-class property” and was hoping to raise $50 million for it, although it is not known how much it will cost.

In a video he posted on Instagram on Monday, he talked about his journey to create the home.

It started in 2006, when I was 18 and I saw a video of the Sydney Opera House and I thought it was just incredible.

I thought, “Oh wow, that’s a beautiful home”.

Pippas was the architect of the original Burdocks house in 2014.

There are a lot of reasons why it’s taken so long, he told ABC Radio Brisbane’s The Early Edition.
